What are Partial Dentures?

Image
Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Langley, Coquitlam, Surrey, and Langley
One of the simplest ways to replace missing teeth is with a removable partial denture. They can be made to replace one or more teeth, and are customized to the specific needs of patients.

At Lower Mainland Denture Centre, we offer a number of tooth replacement services. Partial dentures are a reasonable alternative to help restore your smile and avoid oral health problems caused by missing teeth and gaps.

Dentures are made to match your natural teeth. Your dentures will blend seamlessly into your smile, giving a natural look. Partial dentures provide a reasonable teeth replacement option that is less invasive than other options. They restore your smile, your chewing (function) and your confidence. If you are interested in learning more about partial dentures, book an appointment with Lower Mainland Denture Centre.

Our office is conveniently located in Pitt Meadows just a few minutes from Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey and Port Moody. We can also come to you for your partial dentures needs!

Benefits of a new set of partial dentures include:

  • They seamlessly blend with your natural teeth to enhance your smile
  • They improve your ability to speak and chew effectively
  • Partial dentures help maintain your facial structure, preventing sagging caused by missing teeth
  • They allow you to enjoy a wider range of foods, contributing to a better diet
  • Partial dentures can help protect remaining natural teeth from excessive wear or shifting

Our Step By Step Process

First Appointment

During your initial appointment, we discuss all possible treatment options and you can choose between various types of partial dentures. To ensure precision, preliminary impressions of your mouth are taken.

Third Appointment

At the third appointment, we record the relationship between your upper and lower jaws and select the teeth for your new partial dentures.

Fifth Appointment

If adjustments are needed after the initial wax try-in, a fifth appointment is scheduled. This ensures that you're completely satisfied with the fit and aesthetics of your new partial dentures before we finalize them.
